Utilizing a variety of converting methods, KAPCO will produce your parts with the most cost-effective method. From rotary die to steel rule and thermal sealing, Kapco has the tools to get the job done. Your job can range from prototype development of a few pieces to high-volume production runs yielding thousands of parts daily.

Unique capabilities allow rotary die cutting to register of pre-printed rolls up to 15 1/2" wide, and standard rotary die cutting up to 18" wide. Our Preco die cutting press offers options like photo-electric eye registration and a heat platen for thermal die cutting.

System enhancements also allow us to offer butt cutting and kiss cutting against a common liner, or individually cut pieces to your specifications. Die cut parts can be supplied in rolls, sheets, or individual pieces based on customer requirements.
